Day 28-29

Health Advice #26-  Always give 100% unless you are donating blood.

Remember YOU are the only thing holding you back from anything you need to accomplish. 





1. Read the daily proclamation day and night. Done

2. Compliment someone each day and say nothing negative about anyone. I complimented B yesterday.  She is doing this challenge and is in her first week.  I'm very proud of her and let her know it.  Today, I complimented Elaine.  Elaine is a HUGE help at Jazzercise.  I am not sure sometimes how we function when she is on vacation (which seems to be often!)  I told her today how much I appreciate her.  She is awesome!


3. Stop eating BEFORE you are full. Follow the special body cleansing program- I am eating a vegan diet. I am on a juice fast this week.

 
 
Let the juicing begin!!  Yesterday, I took Cari to Indy to see the Art Institute.  I was a little worried knowing I was going to be gone all day and knowing I cannot stop to eat or pack easy fruit and veggies.  So....I made my juices.  The one to the left in the top pic is my fennel (or known as anise) pear juice....middle is carrot, celery, apple and the right is "green juice"  Anything green went in there.  I covered them with foil to keep the light out.  Helps to save the nutrients.  I put them in a lunch bag with two ice packs to keep cold.  The day went smoothly.  I drank my juices and water. 
This is my ABC juice- Apple, Beets, Carrots.   I love beet juice.  Keep in mind if you ever drink it, you will pee and poo red.  True story. 
 
The worst part about juicing besides not chewing and not eating the best home made macaroni and cheese dinner I have ever made and I know this because it smells like childhood is....I'm Cold.  All the time. 
 

4. Do not get angry, curse or complain. Do not gossip about anyone.  I cursed yesterday because I was almost rear ended.  I don't understand why people must wait until the very last minute to get in the other lane and make me panic thinking I am going to be hit.  I also got angry yesterday.  My husband made me angry.  I am not restarting this challenge.  Too.  Far.  In. 

5.Give someone something material each day.  Yesterday I left a gift for my friend but I don't think she found it so I can't tell you about it.  Today, I was going to give Kaitlyn a gift as she was coming over to spend time with Cari.  Because of the snow, she didn't visit.  So I can't tell you what that is, but I will tell you --Kaitlyn,  get yourself over her so I can give it to you!!!!

6. Pray and read scripture for your age in minutes daily.- I pray for 11 minutes in the morning and 11 minutes at night. I also listen to an audio bible for 11 minutes in the morning and 11 at night. Done

7. Drink half myweight in ounces of water.- done I have to drink 72 ounces of water. Done.

8. If you are doing any of these stop. Stop flirting, having affairs, committing fornication, looking at pornography, or communicating with a person who is not your spouse. Nope


9. Wash my face before bed. This isn't part of the challenge but I made it part. I need to get back into the habit! Done
